overall i think this was a successful project. I got it done in time and im happy with the final result and the message it had. I was pretty disappointed after cus i checked Ashraf’s gofundme and literally one person donated out of the 150 or so that came, and atleast 50 people that heard the speech i gave in which i quite literally begged them with tears in my eyes to donate if they can. But what else can u expect i guess, its hard to move people enough to take action. :\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

kind of a downer note to end on ik, but its the reality of the situation. I’m still happy i got to participate and have this platform to talk about Palestine, even if it wasnt as materially successful as id hoped. Also huge huge shout out to Avery for organizing everything and just being so generally badass, and a huge shout out to all of my friends who showed work too, it was a magical night regardless :><\/p>\n\n\n\n
